Exchange and Return Conditions:

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of your purchase, allowing you to shop with confidence.

Product Condition:

For a return or exchange to be eligible, items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items not meeting these conditions will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items:

All sales are final for combat gear (e.g., boxing gloves, headguards, kicking pads), clothing, shoes, and personal items (e.g., hand wraps, groin protectors, mouthguards), including personalized or customized products. This ensures the safety and hygiene of our products for all customers.

Sale Items:

 Items purchased during sales or pre-order periods are final and not eligible for returns or refunds.

Refunds and Store Credit:

Yokkao reserves the right to issue refunds at its discretion, either in the original form of payment or as store credit, tailoring our approach to suit your needs. However, please note that no refunds are permitted for items pre-ordered or purchased during sales, aligning with our policy to ensure fairness and satisfaction for all our promotions and special orders.

Remember, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
